Christmas time is the perfect time for team time! At our team event, we had the opportunity to look back together on the past year and the many projects. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate successes, share experiences and strengthen team cohesion. Moments like these are important to prepare us for the challenges ahead and to further promote team dynamics.
Team Central Support and Team Engineering
Last Thursday, we were able to experience a wonderful team event at which the Central Support and Engineering departments celebrated together. At the Marquart kitchen studio in Rastatt, the teams had the opportunity to cook together and prepare culinary delights.
Team Fixed Networks and Team Radio Networks
The Fixed Network team met in Radebeul for a historic steam train ride on the Lösnitzgrundbahn. The combination of historical technology, beautiful scenery and a cozy atmosphere makes every trip a special event.
On Tuesday, the colleagues from the Radio Networks team came together in Weiterstadt for a cozy dinner.
Such team events not only give us energy, but also inspiration for our joint future projects. We are motivated and full of energy to tackle the challenges of the coming year!
All in all, it was a successful team event that we will all remember fondly. We look forward to many more shared experiences in the coming year!
