01.04.2013 represents several events in the company history.
Thus, on this day the beginning of the activity was officially determined. However, the official entry in the Commercial Register took place already on 28.01.2013 after the conclusion of the shareholders' agreement.
What is much more interesting, however, is that the first employment contracts with Peter Rolli, Stefan Westermann and Josef Bökmann were concluded on April 01, 2013. Peter Rolli was, among other things, Managing Director of FMBE until 2019 and made a formative contribution to the Building Technologies division. Stefan Westermann, as an employee from the very beginning, is still loyal to the company today and is responsible for the Central Support team. Mr. Bökmann retired last year after 9 successful years in sales.
