As an experienced system integrator for telecommunications, we support our customers from industry, business, commerce & administration in their digital transformation. We advise them on their individual requirements and use cases, create an innovative overall concept from various technologies and then, if required, take over the entire project management from planning to the finished network.
Founded only in 2013, we can already look back on considerable organic growth in recent years: 50 employees are now working on the networks of the future at our company headquarters in Rastatt, our large site in Groß-Gerau and the other bases in Delbrück and Hartmannsdorf/Chemnitz!
FMB Engineering is owner-managed by the managing director Frank Irmscher, who has more than 25 years of experience in national and international telecommunication projects. FMBE's team of experts also has up to 30 years of project experience and know-how and consists of planners (Megaplan, iBwave), project and construction managers, service technicians and specialists as well as CAD draftsmen (Megaplan, AutoCAD, Revit), among others.
Our team can draw on expert know-how and lifeblood from over 30 years of telecommunications projects. We know not only the technologies but also the requirements of our customers like the back of our hand. Enriched with the new, innovative impulses of our junior staff, this makes for an unbeatable combination.

We take the complexity out of our customers' demanding telecommunications projects and take over the entire project management for them. In a complete solution, we conceptualise and plan your networks and then implement them with our own specialists or by managing your subcontractors.
As a recognised service provider for complex projects, we maintain excellent contacts with network operators and system manufacturers and are also members of various professional associations such as bitkom e.V. and Professioneller Mobilfunk e.V.. For our complete solutions, we also rely on strategic partnerships with IT system integrators as well as civil engineering and installation companies.
