We, that is 50 employees at the two locations in Rastatt (Baden-Württemberg) and Groß-Gerau (Hesse), are designing the 5G, LTE, WLAN and broadband networks of the future together with our customers. This gives us an incredibly exciting task, because we are creating the infrastructure for the innovations of tomorrow - be it for a smart factory, a networked stadium or even an entire smart city. The possible applications for digital technologies are endless and we at the FMBE are right in the middle of it!
To master this challenge, teamwork is everything. That is why we place special emphasis on an open and equal corporate culture without unnecessary hierarchies, in which everyone can actively shape the future of the company. At the same time, however, we also challenge our employees to constantly develop themselves in order to become independent experts in their respective fields of expertise.

They pass on this know-how to our junior staff within the framework of the dual training programmes and our qualification programmes for university graduates. In addition, we are constantly expanding the knowledge of our experts in line with the latest technological developments through training and certification.
