Last week, a workshop on training at FMBE took place at our Groß-Gerau site. We wanted to hear first-hand from current trainees and new journeymen about what makes training at FMBE special, what our applicants really need to know in advance and what the ideal candidates for training should bring with them.
The workshop took place in the course of the final project of our trainee for office management Cindy, who collected the information for a training career site for interested pupils and school graduates. They can now find answers to the most important questions about training at xxx, check their suitability for training in a self-test and get many exciting everyday insights into training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) in energy and building technology.
But the impressions and opinions of the trainees and journeymen were also very valuable for us as a training company. They confirmed to us that we do not offer 0815 training as an electronics technician, but that our focus on telecommunication networks can inspire the trainees with particularly versatile and demanding tasks. The prospective young radio network experts told us that they can always discover and learn something new at the many locations throughout Germany, and that their manual skills in particular are encouraged. But they also particularly emphasised the team spirit at FMBE, which makes the training period something special.
They also had some suggestions for improvement for us, which we were happy to take with us in order to further improve ourselves as a training company. We would like to thank the participants for their committed cooperation and hope that the new career website for training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) in energy and building technology will help interested applicants!
